Our company culture is one of the most important attributes of our firm. We were an 80% on-site company prior to COVID-19 so it was easy enough to center our culture around our in-person community. We communicated, recognized, celebrated, coached and developed.
At first in times of COVID, we thought it would be simple enough to preserve our strong connections and preserve our values. And yet, we’ve found challenges – in supporting parents, retaining our rituals, and communicating with clarity.
The last 9 weeks has been a learning curve for us (and we’re still learning).
