  • When you see a post that matches your skills and qualifications, submit an application.

  • Each of our recruiters specializes in specific industries and sectors, so we can better target your job search.
  • We will meet with you (virtually right now by Zoom, and possibly in person in the future, as health guidelines permit) to review your resume and qualifications, and discuss your experience and career goals, ensuring we match you with the right opportunities as they become available. 
  • In some cases, we will request that you complete a skills assessment prior to our first meeting.
  • With your permission, we will be your career coach, sharing labour market insights and helping you tailor your resume to unique. employer opportunities.
  • We will send your resume to our clients for roles that meet your comprehensive qualifications and needs, ranging from career aspirations, experience, compensation, location or remote work, and more. 
  • We will help you prepare for the interview with our client. Note: We advocate for all the candidates we recommend to clients. That being said, ultimately, our client decides who to hire based on skills and qualifications; our company cannot guarantee a placement. We will continue to work with all candidates who wish to work with our recruitment team, putting their name forth for suitable roles as they arise.
