Remote, hybrid or onsite? What do I think is best as this great collision continues to unfold?
With endless surveys, mountains of data and reams of reports arguing in favour of or against one or the other model, I can’t say what is right. The one thing I can say with certainty is that every workplace, worker and job is different.
