One of our goals at Altis is to ensure equal opportunity to meaningful employment for all. We created our Newcomer Program in 2017 because we saw that far too often, skilled newcomers to Canada face systemic barriers when trying to gain a foothold here.
To help newcomers overcome the barrier of “Canadian experience,” we offer three-week paid internships in our company, providing them with hands-on career coaching, training, and valuable experience.
