Our goal is to always hire and place the best, most qualified candidates. To do so, we’re committed to overcoming bias in the hiring process and intentionally recruiting, advocating for, and including exceptional, diverse candidates who reflect the communities where we live and work — both when serving our clients and hiring internally.

For our team—and our clients
In 2017, we set out to improve the lives of newcomers in a direct way – by offering three-week paid internships in our company to help catapult them over the wall of “Canadian experience,” a barrier that prevents so many talented immigrants from finding success here.
Our Newcomer Program has welcomed more than 70 participants, mentoring and supporting many of them into attaining permanent careers.
If you’re new to Canada and eager to land your first job here, learn more below.
Participants in this program gain Canadian work experience, establish a professional network and are able to use our company as a lifelong resource. Throughout the three-week, paid internship, we’ll cover topics like “Promoting yourself on LinkedIn,” “Creating an Impactful Resume,” “Human Rights” and “Interview Tips and Tricks.”
Our goal is that the experience you gain at our firm will open the doors to more opportunities.
