In 2017, we set out to improve the lives of newcomers in a direct way – by offering a paid internship in our company to help catapult them over the wall of “Canadian experience,” a barrier that prevents so many talented immigrants from finding success here.
Our Newcomer Program has welcomed more than 70 participants, mentoring and supporting many of them into attaining permanent careers.

Participants in this program gain Canadian work experience, establish a professional network and are able to use our company as a lifelong resource. Throughout the eight to ten-week, paid internship, we’ll cover topics like “Promoting yourself on LinkedIn,” “Creating an Impactful Resume,” “Human Rights” and “Interview Tips and Tricks.”
Our goal is that the experience you gain at our firm will open the doors to more opportunities.
