Newcomer Cohort #2

We are excited to introduce you our second Newcomer cohort of 2021: meet Paul and Krishna.

During his time with us, Paul supported our business development team by researching prospects, determining their best point of contact, identifying their media inclusions, accolades and awards, and summarizing their historical job postings. He then created a detailed company profile to summarize the research, and completed an incredible high volume in a short period of time.

Paul is highly focused, hard working and organized. Not only were his written and verbal communication professional, he is a fantastic listener, very attentive, and puts significant thought into his responses. Paul is a team player: often encouraging other team mates, and ensuring that his work is thorough and completed.

Krishna is a professional, personable individual who brings contagious enthusiasm to her work. During her time with us, we witnessed Krishna’s accountability to her work and to her team, immersing herself fully into the quality of all her projects. She is highly engaged, and her ability to ask intelligent, considerate questions demonstrates her passion to grow professionally and personally. Krishna has the ability to put everyone at ease and is able to quickly build strong, professional relationships.

During her time with us, Krishna was responsible for:

  • Sending candidate privacy pre-screening agreements
  • Completing sales-lead searches on LinkedIn in support of business development
  • Research for diverse cultural celebrations in support of our DEI team & company calendar
  • Managing public folders and distribution to appropriate teams
  • Supporting our accounting team by entering bank deposits and tracking Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs)
  • Supporting our Account managers in IT & Temporary Staffing with in candidate interviews
